Other things:
Tarps to cover the boys tents. Either those blue plastic types or a
roll of clear poly drop cloths.
Duct Tape.
Clear page protectors. Good for keeping whatever paperwork that goes on
the site bulletin board out of the elements.
A sense of humor.
More duct tape.
Permanent marker.
Extra rope, twine, ... for tying down tarps, tying up scouts, axe yards,
....
Construction Flag tape - that blaze orange tape for making guy lines
visible.
OK, put another roll of duct tape in the box.
I'm sure other things will come up.
