Tan Shirt - Green Loops

Hi everyone,
Since uniforming has been a topic of much discussion lately, I thought
I'd post this question...
We have quite a few Scouts who are cross-registered in our High
Adventure Explorer post. They'd like to be able to wear the tan Scout
shirt with the green Explorer shoulder loops. I notice a number of
adult leaders wearing this combination at roundtables. Is this a common
practice?
