He can only wear one patch on one uniform at one time...one option is to
buy two uniforms...wear one for den meetings & cub things, and other for
troop things...you likely don't like this idea, only other suggestion I
have is similar to velcro, but not...it's a crafty thing, made by
Aleene's, the one who makes the Tacky glue, it's called Tack-It over and
over...or something along those lines, it's like velcro, but it's like
glue....might try looking into that...
