Looking for contacts for Troops and Council in the YORKTOWN,

Bob Taschler (bob_taschler@PUBLICITAS-USA.COM)

I have a great first year scout who earned his Tenderfoot last summer and is
well on his way to Second Class and First Class requirements who will be moving
into the Yorktown area in July '98 . I was looking for contacts in that area for
him and his parents. He has a lot of support from his family. His mother is our
Troop Treasurer and his older brother made Eagle and is serving in the Navy. He
is a very popular boy and a real eager beaver.

He has been a very active member of our Troop and we have a very active program:
two nights of tent camping each month with cooking over wood fires only, white
water rafting trip, skiing trip, canoeing trip, bike hike trip, Big City trip
(Wash DC, Boston, Philly, etc), historical trip (Gettysburg, Battleship Mass,
etc.), two weeks of summer camping, and we support boys who wish to go to Jambo
and high adventure such as SeaBase or Philmont. As well as participating in town
wide paper drives every other month and the annual food drive, we also provide a
large number of opportunities for doing good turns for our Chartering
Organization and the local Police and Fire departments.

I am looking for names and address so that his parents can arrange visits to the
various troops in the area to learn about each troops program plans so he can
settle in as soon as they move. Please reply privately by e-mail. Thank you

YIS,
Bob Taschler
