Question on OA qualifications

Habib Boukari (habib@ENG.UFL.EDU)

I think that I need to restate my opnion. I feel that the boys that are
borderline eligable for OA are not truly elegible. I think that it requires
some thought. What caused these boys to be so inactive. What makes them an
Honor Camper, and is this just a way to get more people from your troop into
OA. I cannot judge your situation completely just as other members of the
troop cannot judge whether or not the candidates are "Honor Campers". I
will say however that many people use the OA as a "status" type of thing. I
would very dissappointed to see these boys become OA members and remain
inactive. I am off to lunch and write more later when I get back
