If someone wants to do a survey on the 3 G's, why doesn't someone set up a web
site where two or three people on each side of the topic write letters. Then
everyone can read both views and then cast a vote and make comments. We see
this approach all the time on political ballots. You could then advertise on
Scout-L, rec.scouting, and others that the site is open for reveiw. This way
you can still have your survey, but it won't clog up the e-mails boxes of
people who use Scout-L as a way to exchange ideas on delivering the program.
Just an idea.
