Actually, I haven't seen much MB Counseling done at the Scout's initiation and
with someone who was not "arranged" for him. Most common are the MBs earned
at summer camp, MB Marathons, or in conjunction with weekly troop meetings.
Where is the initiative, and special learning involved in seeking out an adult
to help me with a particular Merit Badge in these situations?
