Please don't start this survey. Each of us has our own beliefs on these
difficult subject areas and a survey won't do anything to sway our individual
opinions. I feel that all that the survey will do is fill up our e-mail boxes
and polarize this group of very dedicated Scouters. I may feel strongly about
the 3-Gs, but I also will defend your right to feel differently. I recognize
that the survey might be an interesting way to gather data from the group, but
at what cost. Is it worth the possible damage that it might cause? Isn't our
time better spent working on things together that will provide an even better
program for the scouts that we serve?
