I think there is soime merit in thinking about a Merit Badge being earned
on-line......I would be against a lot of them being done that way ...but
a topic thaat needs research might be a good one to do this way......and
I think the idea of Merit Badges is to supply the Scout with a variety of
experiences......learning how to communicate, research, and work via the
internet/computer is a good lesson to learn these days..........it's an
interesting concept.
