Very interested in the message above. I am a MB counselor to two lone
scouts in Europe over the internet. The DE of the Channel District of the
Transatlantic Council, BSA sugested that I register in that Council. I
extect that when theseScouts fininish these badges our work will be
recognized and accepted by the Council.

I'd be quite willing to counsel other Scouts over the internet and would be
happy to register with their respective Councils.
