Pack Themes and Program Helps

Our Pack has not changed their Pack Themes for several years. This year I
am heading a Pack Sub-committee to get together to decide on different
themes for next year. We are going to look at what BSA suggests. But I
also have 3 past years Program Helps to go through. What I am looking for
is any themes that you especially liked for your Pack; any ideas on how we
should go about choosing from the many wonderful ideas (where do I begin?);
should I choose a few that I like from reading the Helps or just let people
read them all (but I think that may be too overwhelming for them)??? Any
ideas on how I can go about chairing this committee would be a great help to
me.
