A request for info and help

To everyone on NELCnet, Explorer-net, and Scouts-L, and I apologize for the
cross-posting. I also apologize that all these nicely laid out lines are going
to look crazy to most of you.

To those of you who are from either Des Plaines Valley or Northwest Suburban,
read no further, you'll get your chance in a very short time anyway through
the mail and we don't want to skew the sample population.

I'm trying to gather some information for a personal project and wanted to
compare the opinions from these three lists with what I get from the field.
This is for Advisors/Skippers only, please, so I only get one answer per unit
and please add the following so I don't count you twice in what will be the
actual mailed sampling that will occur at a later date.

Sorry, deadlines are tight here, need to have responses by 3/31/98.
