13 folds and 4 leaf clover

I am looking for 2 articles that my roundtable commissioner asked me to find
for him--
They are the 13 folds which tells the meaning of each fold of the US Flag,
another is the meaning of the four leaves on the four leaf clover and
finally a list of councils, addresses, and phone numbers for the BSA. That
is a pretty tall order I know but I have confidence in the Scouts-L, I don't
know of anything that couldn't be found.
