That reeks of hazing, which is not permitted. That is a totally insane policy
of the den. While boys need consequences, they should be natural, and fit the
"crime". She could consider having the boy stay and clean up after the
meeting, or writing a composition about the Cub Scout Promise, etc and how it
relates to the mtg, but she is way out of line with cleaning bathrooms. I
would immediately schedule a mtg with the Pack Committee, and probably the
Unit Commissioner, so that they can have it explained to them that that is
hazing. If that doesn't work , and the status quo holds, I would look for
another pack. Good luck!
