Personal Management was not redone effective 1-1-98. The current requirements
are the 1996 revision - I just rechecked the '96 MB book against the '98
requirements book AND the requirements listed on USSSP, and there have been no
changes. (I previously stated it was still the requirements from the '82
revision - this was the result of a misprint on the back cover of the '96 MB
book.)
