An e-mail address for The Patch Place

Is The Patch Place catalog service for generic patches still in business.
They don't seem to send a catalog unless I request it and their last
e-mail address has bounced twice. Wanted to get some Derby Patches,
possibly some Blue and Gold Patches for my den.

Are there other catalogs? I used to get Joycrest also but they are more
girl group oriented? And they also don't seem to send a catalog unless
requested.
