Character Counts II

Anthony J. Mako (ajmako@APK.NET)

I want them to be Trustworth, but their heroes lie, cheat, and steal.
I want them to be Loyal, but their heroes jump ship at the first sign of
more cash.
I want them to be Helpful, but their heroes are all selfish.
I want them to be Friendly, but their heroes bad-mouth everyone.
I want them to be Courteous, but their heroes have bad manners.
I want them to be Kind, but their heroes get paid to hurt.
I want them to be Obedient, but their heroes stab their coaches.
I want them to be Cheerful, but ... okay, that's one I guess.
I want them to be Thrifty, but their heroes spend money like it grows on
trees.
I want them to be Brave, but their heroes are all foolhearty.
I want them to be Clean, but their heroes' language is worse than a sailors.
I want them to be Reverent, but their heroes expect their worship.

I want them to be all of these things, but their heroes are on TV!
