JHMoss is referring to the "pipestone" award offered at Seven Ranges
Scout Camp in southeastern Ohio. I've not been to Seven Ranges myself,
but I know of a local troop here that goes each year, and repeat campers
earn higher and higher levels of the pipestone award each year. ILt ws
charqacterized to me as a "camp award," however, not as a Council award.
This is all I know about it; ;otherwise, the info I've heard jives with
JHMoss' post--a red stone award one wears on one's shirt pocket, wher a
tremporary patch would hang.
