1998 Requirements

Some comments concerning the files I have been emailing out
to people who have requested them concerning the 1998
advancement changes.
First of all, I want to thank everyone for responding to me
directly by email, rather than by posting the request to the
list or the newsgroup. I'm impressed.
Second, for those you you who have received the .txt version
of the file, the very end of the file contains the text of
the header from the MSWord file. I probably should have
edited it out, but didn't.
Finally, feel free to distribute the file as widely as you
want within your Scouting realm. Also, if you wish to
substitute the name of your district or council in the
header, feel free to do so. What would be nice, however,
would be if you added a note on the end indicating that I
had compiled the information.
Thank you all.
