Yeah Phil, and my Post is chartered to TCI cable and a computer company, but
it doesn't mean we get extra press from it (or free computers)....

Actually though, I suppose we should mention that there are one or two posts
chartered by the National Office and I believe it/they are
Publicity/Communications/Public Relations type units.

At least as of 1996.
