Jackie,
Cubs and Webelos can use them to make a mobile, or tie a string through
the middle hole and use a Christmas tree decoration. I've heard of one
professor who warms them in a microwave and then molds them around a cone
shape and hangs a small bell from the center hole (top) to make bells.
The possibilities seem endless!
