The flags you are lookig for are international code flags and there are
some very good sites on the internet. My Troop did semaphore and
international code flags for Expo last year. One such web page is =A0

found at
http://www.boatsafe.com/nauticalknowhow/flags.htm. Other sites can be
found by going to a search engine, such as infoseek, and typing in
"nautical flags" or "signal flags" using the quotes to keep the phrase
together.
