Did a web search for nautical flags:
found : http://dash.w6bhz.calpoly.edu/~abernste/sail/flags.html
Had the flags for each letter and NUMBER etc.
Some had a specifice "one flag" message.
If you had a color printer you could make 8x11 mini flags.
