Roxanne:
My question would be: How do the Cub Scouts feel about waiting another
month to get their badges? After all, aren't ALL of the boys the reason we
are here?
IMHO, a scout should get his badge as immediately as possible after he
earns it. For a 7-9 year old, 5 or 6 months is a long time to be working
on one goal, such as a Rank Advancement.
