Steve Scout doll

I was surfing the net looking for raggedy Ann dolls. When I ran across a Steve
Scout doll. I was a plastic "Ken" like doll with a Boy Scout uniform on. I
had never seen anything like this before. I went back later to look again
and it was gone. Has anyone ever seen one of these? I am not sure when it
was even made. Just for interest they auction place wanted $60.00 for it.
