You have stumbled onto something fairly valuable indeed. Putting a price
on old Scouting memorabilia can sometimes be pretty tough.
I know of four reputable sources to get an appraisal for old Scout items,
all of whom belong to the Scout Memorabilia Appraisers and Dealers
