Totin Chit and Wood Tools training materal

Hi guys

This year we are training our older Scouts to teach Totin Chit to the new
Scouts. I am looking for material to use during this training and to show
the new Scouts. I am going to look at Woods Wisdom but I sure there is a
lot of other good stuff too. We want to start writing teacher training
manuals so that eventually the older Scouts are teaching the younger Scouts
how to teach (Yes, I have a dream). This is are first attempt at teaching
older boys (mostly because they are just now turning into older boys) and
we want to use this as a guide for teaching and making other training
manuals.

Any advice and materials is very welcome.
