It's official. The National Cub Scout Committee has expanded the Cub
Scout Sports and Academics Program to include Tiger Cubs and their
partners. To earn recognition, Tiger Cubs must have their adult partner
with them when participating in the Sports and Academics program. I
didn't see an effective date, so I'd presume that it's effective now.
