My experience is that the Eagle Scholarships are College or University
dependent. As an example, Western Maryland College (my Alma Mater)
offers a scholarship, but Towson State University does not (at least not
the last time I looked). I'm not aware if NESA offers anything
themselves. However, being an Eagle Scout is always a great feather to
put on an application for any other scholarship.
