Webelos graduating into several Troops is the norm for our Pack. We usually
group the Webelos by Troops then line them up together. As we call out
names, the Webelos crosses over to meet their Troop representative. After
the last boy for that Troop crosses over, the next Troop representatives
steps up to receive their new Scouts. One year our Webelos were crossing
over into three different Troops but each Troop only provided one
representative because there were several Blue and Golds going on that same
night. The three Troop Representatives work together changing the epaulets,
putting on the new neckerchiefs and congratulating all the Scouts as they
crossed over. I really enjoyed watching those adults work happily as a team
to help the Pack have a wonderful ceremony. Those Webelos witnessed
Scouting Spirit at the very beginning of their Troop experience.
