OK, Settummanque!, your second response to John was incredible. Maybe you
are a professional writer, maybe not. Maybe you're just a darn fine
Scouter, but your comments said better than any other what most of us feel.
I copied it and will save it. Some day at a training session, or at a
district dinner, or around a campfire, those words will get read again, out
loud, and will help keep the spirit of Scouting alive and burning in adult
leaders who need a strong pat on the back for all that they do.

I sincerely hope that John hears the content of what you have written, for
as you said, we need all the leaders we can to "take boys of promise and
make them into men of character."
