Summer Camp Chaplian

Members of Scout-L, Arrow-L and Scouts-UMC
Does the summer camp you Troop (BSA and GSUSA) have a full time chaplain on
staff? Or is it an on call or as needed from the local clergy community?
What would you thing about having an chaplain on summer camp staff?
I know at Philmont and the National Jamboree they had a chaplain staff, I'm
trying to see how manu councils have such.
