I wrote to the producers of the PBS video and got the following response:

I pointed out that they were looking at 35,000 potential sales and maybe even
support from national if we all told them how disappointed we were it wasn't
carried in our area. I also made sure they were going to consider whether GM,
who funded the project, would be interested in as many participants as
possible being able to see it. I eve offered to spam all of us on several
lists with purchase details if it was available, but at this time I assume we
are in the position I was taught many years ago by a lady running Cub Leader
Training. *Borrow Everything*. Anybody got a good copy I can borrow?
