Hello, I'm a newbie to the list. I'm currently SM at T32 after
following my son as CM, ASM etc. I've got a question that the
Council Service Center had never encountered, and I was wondering if
any of the list could help.
One of our Scouts has been dragging his feet in advancing, a little here
a little there. But now that his little brother is catching up with him,
he has gotten a serious about it. He recently completed his SM conf.
for Second Class and has completed most, if not all, of the req. for
First Class. The question is, can he set for a Board of Review for
Second Class, and then set for a Board of Review for First Class at the
same time? I looked at the First Class requirements and none of them
require "While a Second Class Scout ..."
Any help is greatly appreciated.
