brand new Eagle

It is my pleasure to announce that a brand new Eagle has joined the ranks
tonight.
Joe Kartychak passed his BOR, it was never in doubt.
He refurbished a Coast Guard Auxiliary station on Lake Ontario for his
project.
This young man was in my troop when I came on board as SM and it has been
my pleasure to know him and watch as he grew into one of the finest
examples of the Scouting spirit in action.
Anyone wishing to send congratulations to him can send them to me and I
will make sure he gets them or you can tell him directly at .......
