Ed,

Interesting delemma! Here's my two-cents worth....I'd have the scout take
on the challenge of taking each Marlboro logo and turn it into an
ANTI-smoking logo. You know, stencil a "poison label" (skull and
crossbones) over the logo or neatly printing "gives you cancer" or "lowers
libido" after the Marlboro name. A little fingernail polish might take the
logo off some of the hard surfaces items.

I'd talk with the parents. I'll bet they'd be happy to see their scout
turn the tables on the cig co.

Good luck. It'll be interesting to see what other solutions surface in
this august body!
