For all those who asked:
P. = Physical Fitness (medical form signed by doctor)
D. = Discipline (no horseplay or running, EVER!)
Q. = Qualified Supervision (an adult present at all times)
B. = Buddy System (with tags and frequent buddy checks)
A. = Ability Groups (designate areas for non-swimmers, beginners, swimmers)
L. = Look Out (watch the entire swimming area, prepared to call for help)
L. = Life Guard (strongest swimmers take turns, prepared to respond)
S. = Swimming area hazard free (check for hidden rocks, undertow, etc.)
