2 new Eagles & thanks to the list !

Troop 100, Capital District, Indian Waters Council, has 2 new Eagles: Jimmy
Hill, and Danny Korn. .... with several more Life Scouts in the process of
completing their final requirements so that it looks like we'll have a few
more this spring !

I want to thank everyone on the list, too, for recently helping with ideas &
information about their Troop & Council's expriences with getting your Troop
Comm. to review/approve Eagle projects, & their Council's Eagle BOR's.

So you all know, we took some of your ideas & advice back to our PLC regarding
getting the Eagle project proposal approved, and the Scouts discussed it &
decided on their own how they would like the Troop Comm. to do this {since the
Troop Comm. had become rather bureaucratic in this regard}. I was very proud
of them - they decided they wanted to accept personal responsibility for this
by presenting their own project to the Troop Comm. with 1-week's notice to the
Comm.
{...if any of you are joining this discussion late, e/mail me directly, & not
the whole list, if you are confused or have questions as to why all of this
was even necessary to begin with.....}.

Anyway, thanks again to all, & Merry Christmas to all..... & to all a
goodnight !
