I wouldn't go to the trouble of buying the video camera if I were you.
It's just something else that will be out of date by the time you get it
out of the wrapper. Just like my computer. :-) Get in contact with some
of your local universities, community colleges, and high schools. One of
them is bound to have some video conferencing equipment. All the high
schools in my county are wired to the local library, Mississippi State
University, and the Smithsonian with a T-1. We even got a connection to
Antartica one time. One of my teachers even snuck me in there to train
me on how to use it one time. I hope you can find someplace that has
