Our PLC plans a first aid monthly theme every year because you can never
get enough CPR/First aid training. However, the Scouts who want the merit
badge still have to call and set up and appointment with the councilor as
he would with any other badge. You would think this would be easy but every
year several Scouts who don't do it find out they are only one required
badge away from star or life.
