This is a message from the REC.BACKCOUNTRY newsgroup. Can anyone on the
list help him?

I seem to remember some discussion about homemade snowshoes last winter,
but since I have little opportunity to use them in my neck of the woods,
I did not save any of those messages.

Anyone know of a web site with snowshoe plans available? I've ordered
Gilpatrick's book as the only plans I can find, but am still looking... We
plan to build a coupld dozen pair for a scout troop. While I'm asking, any
plans for toboggans as well?
