12 Days of Cub Scout Christmas

Bob Knudson (rknudson@DU.EDU)
Thu, 18 Dec 1997 21:37:00 -0700

I'm sure that this song has been adapted many times and many ways, but
here is a rendition that one of my den leaders came up with for our pack
meeting tonight. It went over well, and I'd thought I'd share it with
the group. Note the special salute to our popular fundraiser...

On the first day of christmas, the cub scouts gave to me a Car for the
pinewood derby
2nd day: two goofy skits
3rd day: three progress beads
4th day: four arrow points
5th day: FIVE TINS OF POPCORN (shouted)
6th day: six arts and crafts
7th day: seven belt loops
8th day: eight field trips
9th day: nine den flags
10th day: ten neckerchiefs
11th day: eleven regatta boats
12th day: twelve den chiefs
