2nd Class, first aid requirements

Did I miss it on the discussion group? I took a look at the new Handbook
last night. It has the new requirements for 2nd Class first aid, "describe
treatment for hyperventillation and (I forgot the other new one)." Only
problem is that these two conditions are not discussed in the Handbook!
