Since there seems to be such a large number of Scouters that desire to display
their son's accomplishments by improperly wearing parrents pins on their
uniforms, why not design and authorize a patch to be worn in the temporary
position that allows the pins to be displayed on it? Maybe such a patch could
be done at the National level, or better yet, the local council level to keep
a little local flavor in it. Any thoughts on this?
