Den Leader (and other) Recognition Awards

Ten years ago when I started as a Den Leader, we were given little
cards to fill out for different leader recongnition awards. At the end
of my second year, the only thing I had left was to attend a Pow-Wow.
In our district, these seem to be very limited and on several occasions
when one was announced it usually ended up being cancelled or
rescheduled without us being informed or some other "excuse"...this fall
when I was checking int it, I was told that now it is called "(Den)
Leader Advancement" and the original Pow-Wow requirement has been
changed to something else...I don't know. Our contact person within our
Pack was unable to get any information from our area Distribution
Center, so I am wondering if any of you out there can assist me in
getting this information. A number of our leaders past and present have
qualified for this with that one exception and I would like to see that
all of them have the opportunity to receive their awards. Any help is
greatly appreciated!
