Ran across this thread and had to add my $0.02.
I did a Ticket Report as part of my ticket completion. It was
neither required nor asked for by my Ticket Counselor. The
main reason that I did one was for my own understanding of how
things could have been done better, or differently, to eliminate
some of the problems that I ran into with _my_ ticket. I also
covered some things that I would advise other WB candidates about
should I be asked or otherwise offered the opportunity.
While it isn't required to do this, I think it's a good idea
that serves a definite purpose.
