Welcome Pamphlet

First of all, let me say that I've just joined this list and have found it
very informative.
As one of my Woodbadge ticket items I am writing a welcome pamphlet for my
Troop. I'm planning on giving this pamphlet to all new Scouts and all the
2nd Year Webelo Scouts we camp with. It will include information about Boy
Scouting, advancement policies, when and where we meet, forms (insurance
forms, release forms, etc.), Troop adult leader names, addresses, and phone
numbers, etc.
If anyone has any suggestions or ideas I would appreciate hearing them. If
anybody has done the same sort of thing, I would love to see it.
