Anthony Wayne District, Toledo Area Council annually presents the "Joe Montes"
award to a Boy Scout who has been nominated by someone in the district. We have a
one-page nominated form requesting information such as rank, Scout Spirit, other
community participation, etc. The plaque is presented at one of the district
camporees.
