National JLT

I have a scout in my troop who is interested in the national JLT course
at Philmont. After several requests, I'm not getting information from my
council headquarters.
I'm hoping someone on the list can give me information, or at lest tell
me were to get the information on this course. I need things like price
and time and available openings.
