Re: 2 Deep Merit Bdging

Hmmm. I thought the YP requirement is that a youth is never ever to be
alone with adults (as well as "adult protection" to have another adult as a
witness that the youth cannot blackmail the adult). Ideally, there needs
to be two adults and two youth as a minimum like for outings. In the
literature I remember reading that even when going on campouts, a youth
even can not ride singularly in a car unless the adult in the car is his
parent. Because of this, for MB classes, the "other" needs to be another
youth or family member, but this also leaves the MB Counselor without a
witness that nothing abusive happens.

Think about it. Am I wrong?
